This week, we would have been serving BLT Pasta Salad!

BLT Pasta Salad Recipe

INGREDIENTS

2 cups farfalle pasta

4 cups chopped or torn Romaine lettuce

1.5 cup chopped tomatoes

4 slices bacon cooked to crispy, chopped

1/2 cup chopped red onion

 
 
Dressing:

1/4 cup Ranch dressing

1/4 cup sour cream

1/4 cup mayonnaise

1/4 tsp ground black pepper

1 tbs apple cider vinegar

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Cook pasta according to instructions on the box. Drain, rinse with cold water. Set aside.
  2. Place salad ingredients in a large bowl.
  3. In a small bowl, stir together dressing ingredients. Pour over salad. Toss gently to coat.
  4. Refrigerate until ready to serve or serve right away.
