transitional housing program
The Nourish and Develop Foundation is working in partnership with the United Church of Canada to develop a transitional housing program. The manse belonging to the United Church is now under the management of The Nourish and Develop Foundation and two units, a 3-bedroom upper apartment and a 2-bedroom lower apartment will be available. These units will be rented at a reduced rate to provide emergency, temporary housing for persons at risk of homelessness. Participants in this program will be required to take part in personal development programming facilitated by TNDF and will be assisted in securing permanent housing.
Please Note: Services are currently unavailable at this time while the project is in the development stage. Expected opening September 2021.
